Henrik Rosendahl, CEO

Henrik joined Pancetera from VMware where he served as Director of Application Virtualization. His most recent role was CEO of Thinstall in San Francisco prior to the acquisition by VMware. Henrik is a successful serial entrepreneur with extensive business development and sales experience. Henrik founded In2itive Technologies in 1992, which was successfully sold to SPSS in 1997. Henrik was also formerly the CEO of Interse A/S, EVP PremiTech inc. and VP at IT Factory Inc.

Bart Bartlett, VP Marketing, Co-founder

Bart most recently spent five years with Data Domain in a variety of sales and marketing roles. Bart launched multiple generations of Data Domain products, built the inside sales team and drove outbound marketing and sales operations for the company and developed channel partners. Bart joined pre-revenue and helped grow the business to a $250 million run rate. Previously, he has held sales and marketing roles at SGI, BlueArc, MarketFirst, Meridian Data (acquired by Quantum for $89M), IBM Informix and Trimble Navigation. Bart earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Mitch Haile, CTO and VP Product Management, Co-founder

Mitch was an early engineer at Data Domain where he led the System Management group for four years. Data Domain sold to EMC for $2.4B. Mitch authored the Data Domain Enterprise Manager, which further enhanced the company's ability to sell to large enterprises. He has been employed as a software engineer by Motorola and SnapLogic and has founded other start-up ventures. Mitch earned a degree in Computer Science from The College of Wooster, where he was an Arthur Holly Compton scholar.

Peter Jensen, VP of Sales

Peter comes to Pancetera with extensive experience in sales and business development and a strong track record for increasing revenue and market share for several prominent software providers. Before joining Pancetera, Peter was Vice President, Sales and Marketing at Rymin. Prior to joining Rymin, Peter led sales efforts at FastScale Technology, VMware and Thinstall. In addition, Peter brings a deep understanding of the security and storage industries having spent thirteen years at Oracle and four years at Symantec in various sales and product marketing roles. Peter holds an MBA from Copenhagen Business School.

Greg Wade, VP Engineering, Co-founder

Greg was an early engineer at Data Domain, where he led both the replication and VTL teams. Prior to Data Domain, Greg was Director of Engineering at Resonate (IPO 2000), where he oversaw 26 employees. Before Resonate, Greg was an early employee at Legato Systems (IPO, then acquired by EMC for $1.3B), where he worked as an engineer and later managed the team that developed the Windows NT NetWorker product (grew to $100M+ in revenue). He earned a degree in Computer Science from San Jose State University and a Masters of Engineering Management from Santa Clara University.
